Processing times are 4-5 business days for print-on-demand and custom fabric orders. There is a 1-2 business day processing time for custom fabric with a $5 rush fee per yard. Shipping policy

Our responsibility is to ship out your order to you within 3-5 business days. Please make sure you provide us with your accurate shipping address. If your order is returned to us in the case that you provided a wrong shipping address, you will need to pay additional shipping fee to re send your order to the correct address. We will not issue a refund if your order shipped out on a wrong address that was provided to us. Our shipping responsibility ends when the item has been marked delivered to you. Brianna's Bow Supply Shoppe LLC is not responsible in replacing or refunding lost/damaged/stolen items. If you believe your package is lost, stolen or damaged during transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.
